I have performed cost segregation studies for 23 years, after project management on multifamily and mixed-use developments. Most of my work is hotels and hospitality properties for CPA firms that refer their clients, both locally and nationwide. I work alongside the client's tax adviser from the first call, so the study fits their filing plan.
