You can also list additional designations (for example JD, CFP, CCIM). They are shown as self-reported, apart from what NBCSS checked.
Fair by Design
- Placement is never paid. Results are ordered by distance with a daily rotation, so a solo practitioner is shown as prominently as a large firm.
- Your clients stay yours. NBCSS takes no referral fee or commission and pays none; clients engage you directly.
- Plain wording. You are listed as an “NBCSS Verified Partner” — never as approved, endorsed or certified by NBCSS. You remain responsible for your own licensing board’s advertising rules (Partner Listing Terms §4).
- Not a membership. A partner listing includes no NBCSS membership, training or credential.

Annual listing, about $32.92 a month for an individual. Renews yearly; cancel renewal any time from your billing page.

How It Works
- Tell us about your practice — the property types you work with, your services and the area you serve.
- Name your licensed professional(s) and their credentials. NBCSS checks each one.
- Save a payment method. It is charged only if your application is approved.
- Go live. Your listing appears in search; you manage it, read contact requests and get your badge in your partner account.
Questions Partners Ask
Will NBCSS send me clients?
NBCSS makes you findable to investors searching its directory; it does not sell or promise leads, and it does not refer clients to particular professionals. What you receive are contact requests from people who found your listing.
Who qualifies?
Real estate: licensed salespersons and brokers in any US state. Accountant / Tax Strategist: CPAs (state license), Enrolled Agents (IRS) and Tax Strategists holding a designation from an established issuing organization — one professional can hold several.
Is this an NBCSS membership or certification?
No. It is a paid, verified directory listing. Cost segregation practitioners who want membership, the Practitioner Program or the credential pathway can apply for membership.
What happens if my license lapses?
A listing is hidden while a license is unverified, expired, suspended or revoked, and your website badge shows that the listing is not active. Tell NBCSS of any change and it is re-checked.
Partners are independent licensed professionals who pay an annual listing fee. A listing is not a recommendation, and NBCSS does not supervise their services. NBCSS verifies the license or credential shown on each listing and the date it was checked. Read the Partner Listing Terms.
