How the Program works

  1. Apply as a Practitioner Candidate. Tell us about the expertise you already have and why you want the Program; save a payment method (nothing is charged).
  2. Approval and one payment. On approval your saved method is charged $395.00 for first-year dues plus $3,495.00 for the Program, paid in full; no installment plan.
  3. Learn in order. Text-first lessons with transcripts, quizzes with a passing standard adopted per course, and activities reviewed by people.
  4. Complete. Completing the Program earns a certificate of completion for NBCSS professional development. It is not the CCSS credential.
  5. Assessment. Your first complete final-assessment attempt is included; the credential decision is made by qualified reviewers.

Refunds and access

The Program fee is 50% refundable until you open any course and not refundable after you open a course, as set out in the Refund Policy. Dues for the first year are non-refundable once the term starts. Program access continues to the end of the paid membership year.
