Staff training to a published standard
Firms that prepare, review or rely on cost segregation studies can put staff through NBCSS membership and the Practitioner Program, and verify practitioners they hire. Every arrangement is set up by people; there is no cohort checkout.
What staff learn
14 courses on evidence, cost support, allocation methods, reconciliation, report limitations and professional judgement, with reviewed practice activities.
What you can see
Progress reporting with each member's permission; certificates of completion; public credential verification for anyone who is awarded the CCSS.
How it starts
Tell us how many people, their roles and your timeline. We reply from the support queue and set up individual applications; each person is reviewed and approved on their own merits.
Organization membership — $2,495.00 per year
A firm or practice can join NBCSS as an Organization Member: a verified organization profile in the public directory, an employer record for the jobs board, and staff-training reporting with each member's consent. It includes no individual memberships, no instruction and no credential; your people join on their own paths and are reviewed individually. The application is reviewed by people and the dues are charged only on approval.

The directory lists members by service coverage with self-reported background labelled as such; credential status comes only from verified records at /verify.
